We want to ensure you are happy with your purchases. If we make a mistake on your order, we will offer a return label to send your product back, to be exchanged for the correct product. Please ensure all returns are in their original unopened condition.

Payments are handled securely through Moneris solutions. We do not store your credit card information, and all submissions are encrypted for your security.

For orders over $75.00 within the Canada (excl. Nunavut, NWT, Yukon), shipping is FREE. For orders under under $75.00, a shipping fee of $25.00 will apply. Packages will be shipped with tracking information, and adult signature will be required on delivery.

Unfortunately, once items have been dispatched, we can not offer returns, unless the items were sent in error (see above). If you have made a mistake in your order, contact us as soon as possible to see if we can cancel your order.
